Blyth Hazen, Associate Professor, Montserrat College of Art I am interested in the intersection of technology and culture. This focus carries into both my studio and my teaching practice. For the past decade, I have collaborated with Jennifer Hall and others, on several large-scale robotics installations - mechanical meditations about technology's impact on body and the environment. More recently, I am beginning work on an autobiographical graphic novel. At Montserrat College of Art I teach animation and new media courses and coordinate the freshmen seminar.
